I can completely understand regarding BAD's first chart topper. If I hear it at the right time, in the right mood, I get that happy feeling, too. I get similar vibes from "Kinky Afro" as well. Me personally, I'm a much bigger fan of BAD's next (and last) chart topper, coming to a news feed near you in the near future.
